CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. Children shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

2. Once a donation has been made for a particular purpose, no refund can be made of the donation; nor can the end purpose be changed.

3. Please contact us immediately if there are extenuating circumstances and your case may be reviewed at our discretion.

4. All donations will be eligible for tax deduction benefits under Section 80 G of the Income Tax Act as per the extant rules.

If there is any conflict between these terms and conditions and rules and/or specific terms of use appearing on this site relating to specific material then the latter shall prevail.
